1.  Marriage Guidelines for couples planning to celebrate marriage at St. Elizabeth Church.


2.  Funeral Guidelines - Please contact the Parish Office when there is a death in the family.
                    The Priest and the Liturgical Minister will assist you in planning the wake and the
                    funeral.

7.  Anointing of the Sick - Please contact the Parish Office anytime - 329-4599

     a.  Visitation of the Sick and Shut-ins of the Parish - If you become ill and are not able
                      to attend Mass for a period of time, one of the Ministers to the Sick will be happy to
                      visit you and bring you Communion after Sunday Mass.  Please contact the Parish
                      Office to arrange for this visit.  The Priest visits our Sick and Shut-in members
                      on a regular basis.  


     b.  What to do if you are hospitalized - Please have someone contact the Parish Office if
                     you are hospitalized and wish for the Priest to visit you for Anointing or to bring you
                     Communion.
